David Greenberg A graduate of the University of South Florida, David Greenberg began his career in commercial real estate as an appraiser for Smith Parke & Associates, primarily conducting market studies and analysis for senior housing appraisals and has testified as an expert witness in various capacities.  In 2000, Greenberg opened Greenberg & Associates as a boutique commercial real estate firm offering his services to a select group of investors with multiple properties.
