McQuade Lyons was born and raised in Rochester, New York. After graduating from Fairport High School in 2015, McQuade attended Niagara University where he honed his business acumen by focusing on both national and international marketing, management and other business related courses. He obtained his Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing in the latter of 2019. With a passion for hockey, McQuade was a member of Niagara’s Club Roller Hockey team for his duration at the University. His sophomore and junior years, McQuade became an intern at Ian Black Real Estate over the summer of 2017 and 2018 where he assisted the team in marketing, interviewing clients to identify needs and services necessary, and developed a broad understanding of the commercial real estate industry as a whole.

 

McQuade moved to Sarasota, Florida by the end of 2019 to pursue his career with Ian Black as a real estate professional. In his free time he enjoys spending time with family and friends, going to trivia events and taking in the beautiful weather that Florida has to offer.
