Doug Sullivan has 30 years of retail executive-level and project development leadership. After fifteen years of holding leadership positions with powerhouse restaurant chains, Olive Garden and Outback Steakhouse, Doug founded Stonewood Holdings, the parent company for two restaurant brands, Stonewood Grill & Tavern and Peach Valley Cafe. There he was President/CEO and led the company from inception through the development of eighteen Stonewood Grill and four Peach Valley Cafe locations, with consolidated revenue of $57M. Stonewood was winner of the prestigious “Nation’s Restaurant New Hot Concept Award”. Since selling his interest in Stonewood, Doug has held leadership positions with Morton’s Steakhouse and PDQ restaurants.

Doug has had direct responsibility for a multitude of diverse restaurant projects through all phases of development including: site selection and feasibility analysis, LOI drafting and Contract negotiation, interior design and site layout, construction supervision and FF&E install. With tremendous experience in the hospitality industry and a keen eye for successful restaurant site locations, Doug has unique and extensive skill set as a restaurant retail specialized tenant rep.

Doug is a graduate of Manatee High School in Bradenton, FL and earned a Bachelor of Science in Business from Florida State University. He is committed to community involvement and has served on the Advisory Board of Hospitality and Culinary Education at Collin College, and for nine years served on the Board of the Boys & Girls Club Volusia/Flagler County.
