Zoë Carvel was raised in a real estate-oriented family in Memphis, Tennessee. With her father being a developer, Zoë grew up on construction sites where she learned the ins and outs of the development process, from the pre-construction stage to the sale. That is where her interest in real estate began.
Prior to joining Ian Black Real Estate, Zoë worked on a top-producing sales team at Douglas Elliman in Miami. Before transitioning to real estate, Zoë was fortunate enough to work at United Talent Agency, a top talent agency in Los Angeles. Her experience working in the demanding, fast-paced entertainment industry allowed her to expand her network, work with high-profile clients, gain expert negotiating skills, and develop a “do whatever it takes” mentality for servicing clients.
Beyond the southern charm, Zoë’s strong work ethic, diligence, and professional integrity make her a pleasure to work with and have gained her the respect and trust of her clients. She is committed to providing unparalleled service and expertise to her clients and goes above and beyond to not only meet her clients’ needs, but also guarantee a positive experience from start to finish.
Zoë is a graduate of the University of Southern California and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Music Industry with a minor in Business Entrepreneurship. In her free time, Zoë likes to travel, play tennis, spend time at the beach, and volunteer in her community. She is also a member of AIPAC, a lobbying group dedicated to strengthening, protecting, and promoting the U.S.-Israel relationship.
